NTX Community Food Pantry, located in The Colony, Texas, is dedicated to serving our local community and the surrounding areas.
Our mission is to provide food assistance to those in need, helping to alleviate food insecurity and ensure that no one goes hungry.
We serve over 600 families each month, and this number continues to grow as more individuals and families seek our support.
Our services aim to meet the diverse needs of our community, offering nutritious food and essential resources to help those facing difficult times.
By addressing the immediate needs of our neighbors, we strive to foster a supportive and caring community and all we do stays right here in our community!

Sheri Douglas
Sheri Douglas’ passion for helping others defines who she is.
She began her career as a juvenile detention officer, then became a special education teacher, and later served as a counselor for 20 years, counseling over 2,800 children and families.
Inspired by God to serve in non-profits, her goal is to expand the food pantry so no child or family goes hungry.
As Operations Manager of NTXCFP, Sheri works with a dedicated team to bridge gaps between resources and community needs.
She also supports the homeless and domestic violence victims.
Sheri is a proud mother of two boys, and she cherishes seeing God’s work in everyday life.

Jennifer Hall, Director of NTX Community Food Pantry, brings nearly two decades of educational experience and a strong commitment to service.
She has a loving husband, and is a proud mother of 4 children.
She Started as a volunteer in 2022, she quickly advanced to Operations Manager in January 2023 and became Director in January 2024. Under her leadership,
NTXCFP has expanded its outreach, providing essential food assistance and fostering a supportive environment.
Jennifer credits her faith in Jesus Christ for her success and remains dedicated to helping those facing food insecurity.
George Jones
George Jones
George Jones is an experienced Sales Executive for over 30 years. George has served on several boards and has a passion for serving our community.
He was part of the Original launch team for the Storehouse food pantry many years ago and has been an active supporter of NTXCFP.
Outside of his work at the Pantry, George is a married Father of 2 Daughters. As a family they love to travel and experience other cultures.

Laura Mcland
Laura is the head of Human Resources for Sun Holdings, the second largest restaurant franchise organization in the country.
Previously, she was President and CEO of HR Fusion, an HR Consulting company and has held HR leadership positions at public and private organizations.
Laura’s has been a member of the Board for three years, and her focus on people has brought new services to the pantry including employment resources, job-seeking guidance and resume review services to its visitors.
Laura has been married to her high school sweetheart, Darrin, for 40 years.
They raised three children in The Colony and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.

With over 20 years of experience as a growth CEO, Lisa's track record speaks for itself.
She co-founded Phoenix Energy Technologies, a company that earned the prestigious title of Inc's Fastest Growing Companies for five consecutive years and has been the recipient of many service awards during her career.
Lisa served as its CEO for over 15 years, ultimately selling the company to the largest energy company in the nation, Duke Energy, with a remarkable 7x multiple return on investment.
Lisa's innate ability to identify growth opportunities for businesses and individuals sets her apart.
She is not only a leader but a guide, helping chart courses for success.
She thrives on navigating change, finding healthy pathways forward, and ensuring that those she leads reach their greatest potential.
Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Lisa transitioned from the corporate world to become the CEO of Agape International Missions (AIM), an organization dedicated to rescuing young girls from human trafficking in Cambodia.
Under her leadership, AIM underwent a transformation, preparing it for the next level of growth and impact.
Lisa's commitment to fighting the evil of sex trafficking is deeply personal, rooted in her own journey of overcoming abuse and her unwavering faith in Christ.
Lisa's leadership extends beyond her executive roles. She has served in top executive positions on numerous boards, both within her trade and non-profit sectors.
Her strategic insights, adaptability, and commitment to growth have made her an invaluable asset to these organizations.
Currently, Lisa serves as a Contract Advisor, specializing in guiding Kingdom-minded leaders and companies toward greater impact.
In her role as an Executive Advisor, she provides expert counsel on growth and organizational strategy, leveraging her wealth of experience to drive positive change.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa is a devoted Christian, a loving wife, and a mother of four.

Judith Ensweiler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles.
She has served as the Membership Director at The Colony Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Director at Financial Services Exchange, Inc., where she organized and managed quarterly financial conferences nationwide.
As the President and Founder of Terrific Solutions, Inc., Judith is a motivational speaker at business meetings and luncheons.
She is also a certified seminar leader for Fred Pryor Seminars and Career Track Seminars, delivering business and “soft skills” training both nationally and internationally.
Judith’s career includes roles such as Consumer Specialist at ACCO Office Products, Sales Associate and personal shopper at Marshall Fields, Provider Relations Representative for the State of Minnesota, Medical Payments Director at Hennepin County Welfare Department, and Assistant Office Supervisor at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
Her board positions include serving on the City Council of The Colony, TX, and being a board member for organizations like United Way of Denton County, North Texas Food Pantry, and Plano Public Library Foundation.
Judith is deeply committed to community service, volunteering with programs such as Kids Vision for Life, Meals on Wheels, and the St. Bernard Project.
She has also been involved with the United States Tennis Association and various educational and arts organizations.
Judith holds a degree from the University of Minnesota and has numerous certifications, including Certified Business Trainer and International Development Educator.
Her objective is to work or volunteer for organizations where she can make a difference in the lives of others through education or service, enriching her own life while having fun.

Beth Doan has been a volunteer with the Food Pantry since it's early beginnings, and a board member since 2017.
She is a wife, mother, grandmother, and a long-time resident of The Colony.
She has volunteered through the years in local schools, churches, city events, and supports various local non-profits.
Her heart is one of community service and helping those in need.
Marie Stankus
Marie Stankus
A staunch supporter of the pantry dating back to the original Storehouse days, Marie is passionate about feeding those who are food insecure.
She has organized many food drives on behalf of NTXCFP, and continues to support the pantry by picking up rescued food these days.
Outside of work and her service to the pantry, Marie serves her Church's Deaf Ministry and enjoys time with her three grandkids.
